The mold is a mirror that shows the human heart. It takes time to make good products, but customers are pleased. You can do it cheaply and quickly if you get rid of your hands, but burrs, flatulence, flatulence, and gas will be generated and you will get angry. We aim to make molds that will please our customers. Please try the craftsmanship that was made with one type in mind.
8. Lion head mold (LION HEAD MOLD) COMPLETED
The lion head mold is finally completed.
On February 14, 2023, the lion head mold was born on St. Valentine's Day. More than two years after the conception, we faced various obstacles and abuses such as "What is the cost burden?" "Who won't do such a thing!" I was finally able to see the light of day.
I believe that this project has created a sense of unity among all employees.
The video explains each process of lion head conception → product modeling → mold design → parts processing → mold assembly → lion head molding → lion head completion.

We have a track record of delivering 4-stage multi-stage injection molding dies with runners.
The video molding machine has a 200-ton specification and is a hydraulic type manufactured by Meiki Co., Ltd. 30 years ago.
Our molds do not choose horizontal injection molding machines.

The mold developed in 2014 has been further enhanced. This mold is made with the money of the manufacturing assistance business.
The main theme is to reduce the product unit price by 20% and quadruple the production efficiency.
By the multi-stage injection molding method, we have realized a large number of car fasteners with 20 pieces per layer and 80 pieces (40 sets) in total with 4 layers in one shot. It is also possible to mold four types of products at once by molding different products one layer at a time, such as the rubber floor mat of a car.
The molding machine weighs 200 tons and is manufactured by Meiki Co., Ltd. more than 20 years ago.
This technology is a highly versatile technology that can be used not only in automobiles but also in a wide range of fields such as electric appliances, home appliances, daily necessities, food, medical care, construction, and aircraft.

We exhibited at INTERMOLD in 2016.
It is a simple die pickpocketing machine that can perform burr check by matching dies without using a die spot press or molding machine. By using this machine, there is no difference in skill between beginners and veterans.

It is an advanced system of stack mold. We have realized a large number of 2 pieces x 4 layers = 8 pieces in total for each plate layer. If daylight allows, it is possible to take 10 more 5 layers and 12 6 layers.
The advantage is that it can be mass-produced with existing equipment without introducing a large molding machine or a new molding machine.

The product uses electronic parts, one piece, and the molding machine uses 100 tons.
Currently, this product is not sold as a mold.

The product dimensions are a cylinder with an outer diameter of φ5 mm and a height of 2.5 mm.
We have realized a very small all-around undercut with a minimum inner diameter of 3.4 mm and an under amount of 23% compared to the maximum inner diameter of φ4.4 mm.
At the time of product announcement, it attracted attention as the world's first.
The product uses electronic parts, one piece, and the molding machine uses 50 tons.
Currently, this product is not sold as a mold.
